You do not find auto care facilities you can trust a lot these days. I just had another experience with Jay's that will make me come back the next time I need auto repair done. I had an antifreeze leak under my vehicle. It was the water pump as suspected. Instead of just repairing the problem and charging me I received a phone call stating what the problem was and that according to the information online this could be covered under warranty by the manufacturer. I picked up the vehicle, took it to the dealer, and it was covered, repaired, and didn't cost me a dime. That is what I call excellent customer service. Not that I look forward to auto repairs but when it is needed the next time, again I will be back to Jays.
