Very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out!

They are always ready to help you as fast as they can. Many times I have needed something done ASAP and they are right there to help ! I had my car towed there today at 4 pm and need it for an appointment on Thursday morning. The car could not have been there 20 minutes and they were on the phone letting me know they could have it fixed so I would not have to cancel my appointment. I am sure this can not always be the case, but I can say they are always giving all that they can. I would tell anyone I know to use Jay's Automotive. Wonderful People !

Stupid car sounded like I was driving around dragging a bunch of pots and pans...uggggg..I called your business and was to,d to stop by and your crew would Che k it out...oh my...the noise stopped and your crew could find nothing wrong...I felt very relieved when I left your shop.. And they noticed I needed an inspection...a big thank you to your crew for top notch customer service...

Excellent customer service, and they resolve problems on the spot. I came in with a burned out bearing on the alternator, expecting to have to make an appointment for sometime in the next week or two of my very packed-out December schedule. I left with the problem 100% fixed 55 minutes later, an outcome I absolutely did not expect.

Got my new tires on!!!!!!!!!!! I thank Jay's representatives for servicing my Jeep whenever it is needed and doing the research about new tires and making appropriate recommendations for the type of driving I do. The cost was very reasonable, installation of the new tires very quick and recommendations for follow up so appreciated. One stop shopping at it best:-)

As always, I am treated very respectfully whenever I take my Jeep in for servicing. This was no exception. While I waited for my oil to be changed, research was conducted to check about new tires which I need after nearly five years. I was presented with a couple of options, made a decision, got a price quote and scheduled my appointment:-) I trust the advice and care I am afforded to keep my 2001 Jeep running in tip top shape. Quick and honest service.

Always a good experience at Jay's! They know their customers by name and have been looking after my vehicles for years. I can swing by without an appointment and know they'll diagnose and fix my car quickly (or drive me home and pick me up later if need be!). Great shop and great people!!!
