These guys are great! Dummy me had scheduled this service twice before and forgot about the appointments. They didn't bat an eye and completed servicing my car on the third appointment. Fast and accurate work. Aces in my book.

Amazing! Reasonable! Very professional! I found Jay's about 18 months ago after a bad experience at another shop. Everything I heard about Jay's made it seem like it was worth the trip. It was absolutely the right thing to do!!! From the office staff (friendly, helpful) to the mechanics (who seem to be overqualified) to the incredibly competitive pricing - this is a place worthy of a trip to Ranson. Just last month they found a way to fit me in for a 70K service with less than a days notice AND actually went and got my car from the body shop it was at earlier in the day so I didn't have to find a way to do the transfer. They gave my car a quick look to see if I could pass inspection the next month, pointed out a couple of issues and gave me a very reasonable estimate on getting those things done (new tires, what are you going to do?). And then today I took it in for my actual inspection and was in and out in about 30 minutes. I am remain a committed and loyal customer!

Always great friendly service. They fit us in quickly and the work was completed when they said it would be. Always cheaper than the dealership and trustworthy folks to deal with.
