Fast, efficient, & painless. They were ready for the car at the appointed time. The state inspection was completed, and I was out of the door within 30 minutes.

Jay's has now done numerous different repairs on my vehicles (brakes, suspension, fuel pump, electrical issues) and there is simply no mechanic's shop that I trust more than them...They do great work every time and are always quick. This is why I drive out of my way to use them.

Fit me in at last minute for inspection after sticker was removed during windshield replacement and by law not allowed to be reapplied on new glass :(

I appreciate that Jay's was able to service my car when I was available to have the service completed. It is hard to find a shop that works with a M-F long distance commuter.

very rude......Manager told me to get the f*** out of his shop after they made me come by twice completely wasted my time.
