Love this place!! They always get us in promptly, work is done quickly, and we are outta there! Would and have recommended them to friends & family.

Excellent customer service, and they resolve problems on the spot. I came in with a burned out bearing on the alternator, expecting to have to make an appointment for sometime in the next week or two of my very packed-out December schedule. I left with the problem 100% fixed 55 minutes later, an outcome I absolutely did not expect.

Got my new tires on!!!!!!!!!!! I thank Jay's representatives for servicing my Jeep whenever it is needed and doing the research about new tires and making appropriate recommendations for the type of driving I do. The cost was very reasonable, installation of the new tires very quick and recommendations for follow up so appreciated. One stop shopping at it best:-)

While I waited for my oil to be changed, research was conducted to check about new tires which I need after nearly five years.
