Made an appointment yesterday for vehicle inspection today. Excellent service, will be using for all future services. Highly recommend to anyone.

These guys are fantastic. Not only do they do everything they can to make sure my car is taken care of, but they treat me more than just another customer walking through the door. Yea, flat tires and regular oil changes are not the most exciting things in the world, but knowing that I'll be back on the road as soon as possible with their help (and they do go above and beyond) makes me rest easier. And even if you're not one of the most pleasant people to deal with (trust me, I've seen some while I'm in there), these guys have a lot more patience than I ever would and will still handle you in a professional, helpful manner. So, definitely 5* from me, I go to them for everything I need and they don't let me down.

I have been dealing with Jay's Automotive for over 20 years. I have always been treated professionally and honestly. I have never been disappointed with their work.

Jay's does good work in a trustworthy manner, and they make the effort to communicate clearly what is wrong and what it will cost up front so that I can make a logical decision that doesn't wreck my budget. I also appreciate that they speak slowly and clearly when I let them know I have some hearing loss.

Great office assistance. Good communication with all customers. Nice waiting area. Good place for annual inspections.

Excellent service and customer service.

I've been going to Jay's for at least 15 years. They know how to diagnose and troubleshoot to fix every problem I've had. I read one earlier review concerning paying for having to pay for a diagnostic check and it has found problems I didn't expect, as a 30 year home mechanic. They are also, to my knowledge, the only place in town with a nationwide 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty on their work and parts as a NAPA service center. They do it right and will try to save you money if you don't need to replace a part.

Being new to the area, they were great and a pleasant find in a new community.

I think that Jay's is a little on the steep side (in cost) but they leave me with the feeling they will do a thorough job and they take responsibility for their mistakes. That is important to me.

Very impressed! I stumbled across your shop while driving around looking for a place that could do a simple state inspection. The counter staff was great, and this isn't at all mechanic related, but the use of the customized flat screen behind the counter was fantastic. A simple, but very effective use of tech to showcase your specials and services instead of scribbling them on a white board like most shops in the area. I'll definitely be back for future needs beyond the simple inspection.
