i actually am glad that i was told about your shop, as a female going to a mechanics shop can be a nightmare but so far you all have been on the up and up and i appreciate that,

My wife and I have been coming to Jay's since we moved to the area in 2012. The owner and his staff are very personable and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome and well taken care of when we come here. There's even been a few instances where I didn't make it in until right before they were supposed to close and they still got me in for an oil change. Keep up the good work guys, we'll see ya in about 3,000 miles or so!

Don't bother making an appointment for a state inspection because you will still wait. Making an appointment at this place is absolutely pointless. Not only did I wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, but no one even seemed to care or had any intention of apologizing for the extended wait time that I endured. Once I approached the counter to ask how much longer past my appointment time I would have to wait before my car even got taken back, they proceeded to tell me that it would still be a while longer before my car could be seen. At this point, I left so that I could go get my car inspected by a garage that actually had a sense of urgency and that actually cared about me and earning my business. Thanks for nothing Jay's and for wasting an hour of my time. It's pretty pathetic considering I called at 9:30 am to schedule my appointment for 1:00 pm....If you love wasting your time and being disrespected as a customer please go to this shop to get your car inspected. I will be sure to never recommend this place to anyone I genuinely care about. Actually, I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We do apologize for the scheduling mishap and realize that when errors occur in scheduling it is very unfortunate for our customers and business. As a result, we got our staff together and updated our scheduling policy. We do understand that our customer's time is valuable. We have been in the auto repair business for almost 40 years and know that customer service & customer satisfaction are two very important aspects of that business. During lengthy installation attempt of front hitch for my truck, Jason discovered that hitch was out of specification and could not be installed. He fully explained the issue and showed me the problem. I was not charged for the time that was spent on the job! I have obtained a replacement and have rescheduled the work with you. Thank you for your professionalism!

Awesome customer service, thorough job solving the issue. Not just fixing the problem and sending you on your way, but making sure upcoming issues are addressed early.

All I can say to folks is - I have stayed with Jay's for 16 yrs through several vehicles!!!!!

Jays is unique in that they generally work by appointments, and their planning keeps them timely and assures efficient service. I appreciate Jays friendliness and consistency of service. I have never felt like they were unnecessarily upcharging me or gauging me and sincerely appreciate their honesty!!! Great place to trust your car or truck with!

Going to Jay's is like going to see family you can trust and that respect you. They never try to overcharge you or tell you that you need things you don't. They let you know what may be needed in the future, but are not immediately needed, and leave the decision to you.
