Good people! In and out quick for my State Inspection

I am beyond impressed and thankful with the quality service of Jay's Automotive. I recently found myself with an unexpected dead battery and having recalled great comments about Jay's from family & friends, I had my car towed there about 1:30-2pm. Both Gaby & Chris were amazing with detailed communication regarding my car; and by 5pm (right before close) I was driving away in my car with brand new battery and old corrosion cleaned up. Jay's Automotive is the definition of excellence. The quality visible in their work and clear communication speaks for itself. It feels good to drive away trusting that everything is taken care of properly/professionally and that I am safe. I highly recommend Jay's for any auto service, scheduled or unexpected. Repairs completed promptly and competently

My vehicle was having issues with climate control fan. We thought we had it fixed on the first visit with the replacement of filters. However, the problem resurfaced about a month later. Chris and team at Jay's Automative were able to replace the blower fan and relay in timely manner, replace my rear brakes, and refinished the rotors in a timely manner. The team is respectful of your time and needs. They a great for the small items like inspections and oil changes as well as the big job such as mine. We have been looking for a garage in Charles Town that does quality work. We feel our search is finally over. Thank you for the great service!!!

Tim and Chris are very good at what they do,took my truck in to get check and turns out I need a trans.didnt matter what I asked or how many times I might hav asked the same question they never seem to get upset,every answer they gave me seem to be the right answers I will use Jay's over and over again,they ladys at the counter was super nice and helpful as well
