Don't bother making an appointment for a state inspection because you will still wait. Making an appointment at this place is absolutely pointless. Not only did I wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, but no one even seemed to care or had any intention of apologizing for the extended wait time that I endured. Once I approached the counter to ask how much longer past my appointment time I would have to wait before my car even got taken back, they proceeded to tell me that it would still be a while longer before my car could be seen. At this point, I left so that I could go get my car inspected by a garage that actually had a sense of urgency and that actually cared about me and earning my business. Thanks for nothing Jay's and for wasting an hour of my time. It's pretty pathetic considering I called at 9:30 am to schedule my appointment for 1:00 pm....If you love wasting your time and being disrespected as a customer please go to this shop to get your car inspected. I will be sure to never recommend this place to anyone I genuinely care about. Actually, I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We do apologize for the scheduling mishap and realize that when errors occur in scheduling it is very unfortunate for our customers and business. As a result, we got our staff together and updated our scheduling policy. We do understand that our customer's time is valuable. We have been in the auto repair business for almost 40 years and know that customer service & customer satisfaction are two very important aspects of that business. We regret that you feel we failed you in both areas.
