I appreciate that Jay's was able to service my car when I was available to have the service completed. It is hard to find a shop that works with a M-F long distance commuter.

very rude......Manager told me to get the f*** out of his shop after they made me come by twice completely wasted my time.

I used their service when I lived in Martinsburg over 10 years ago. I am back in Martinsburg once again and I didn't hesitate to start using Jays again. The service there is complete and priced competitively. I especially like their communication with letting you know what needs done, and how long it is going to take. The estimates are right on the money and if something else comes up while the repair is being done they call first and get authorization before adding any work that would increase your bill. This is the place to go for auto service in the area hands down.

Convenient and easy to work with. Got three vehicles serviced (oil change and state inspection) and everything was done by 2PM.

I have been taking my cars to Jay's for over 20 years. They always do a good job. I have never had any problems with any of the repairs done in his garage.Those mechanics are really skilled. It's worth mentioning that my wife and I are always treated with courtesy and respect. I like that too.
