First time there. Called in morning and they got me in afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. No issues. Everyone in office was pleasant and I’d use them again.

We've been using Jay's Automotive for about 3 years since moving into the Ranson, WV area. They have been great. My appointment this week was to get my tires balanced and wheels aligned as my car was making road noise after a fender-bender I had in August. They did this work, but also let me know that my rear brakes were in need of pads and that the noise I was hearing was due to a bad wheel bearing. They gave me a quote for what it would take to get those issues addressed in the future, without any pressure. They are always prompt and courteous and I know the work will be done with excellent quality. I highly recommend them for automotive needs.

Jays has been the best mechanic service that I've dealt with. They worked overtime to get some work done on my vehicle. They have always held quality in all of the work they have done. If I could I would give them 100 stars for service and integrity.
