I chose this shop to fix my son’s 2012 VW CC because the reviews were good and the shop we typically use closed down. There was a check engine light on and EPC light in the dashboard. After they looked over the car I was told it needed a new motor and was quoted $6,500 and an additional approximately $3,000 for labor and a few other things. I was so sick over this as we had not had the car for very long. We were charged $160 for looking at it which is understandable. We elected to call the dealer where we got the car from since we had it less than 6 months. They had us tow it to their shop. Well, it did not need a new motor. It was a cam shaft sensor and a few other things (basically a tune up) and only cost $907!!! HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! Very disappointed, maybe it’s the lack of knowledge of Volkswagens, or maybe it was an attempt to take advantage of us. We will never know, but will absolutely never take another vehicle there.
