What I asked for was great, everything else ( The unexpected tire rotation was not).

Good, friendly service! Although I originally made an appointment for a vehicle inspection only, they were able to add other services (oil change, tire rotation) that I asked for at my time of arrival. This was my second or third experience here, and I will go again.

They got me in right away for my inspection! Always very polite and helpful!

June 18 2023 Last Sep 2022, I was having charging issues with my 2006 toyota tundra and no local dealership had the available time to get my vehicle in for maint. I called Jays Automotive and they were able to work me into their busy schedule. They found the problem and replaced the alternator and battery. Recently, my 2006 toyota tundra truck shut down on the way to town . I called Jay’s and spoke with Mgr. who asked me to get it towed back to them and he would make it a priority to determine the issue and let me know what needed to be done. Later in the afternoon, he called me to let me know it was the alternator and that he would have the part in the same day and would get my truck fixed. Later the same afternoon he called to let me know that my truck was ready and all parts were covered by warranty with no charge. Talk about great service on a timely basis. Lots of experience and know-how at this vehicle repair shop. VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE!! Gary

Jay’s has been my go to auto shop for many years. I have recommended them to many people and would do so again.

Jays is the only shop in town I take my vehicles to. They always do top notch work and stand behind everything they do. Dave, Tim, Chris, Scott and the rest of the crew always are friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgeable about all things automotive. I won’t go anywhere else.
