I had it back before the end of April. From the time they received the engine until the time I got it back was impressive. I thought for sure it would’ve been at least a week. Nope, I had it back in less than a week. Everyone at Jay’s works hard to make sure your vehicle is in great running condition when you get it back. They ALWAYS call if they find something that needs fixed before just fixing it. They are mindful about making sure you get what you pay for. High quality parts and service. I've been using Jay's for my auto repairs for about a decade now. Fair prices on parts and labor, and they are also no-nonsense and direct in their diagnostics. Even picked me up to get my car when I was without a ride. Really decent mechanics, is what I'm saying.

I needed my car to go out of town. Unexpectedly, the check oil indicator came on, two days before I needed to leave. Jay’s worked on the car with short notice. Basically fit me in one day after I contacted them. Work was completed quickly and my car was available sooner than planned. They were extremely helpful and it was great customer service to help me out on short notice!
