We’ve been going to Jay’s for over 20 years since moving to WV. They have always been accomodating and efficient. Their follow up is good and they let you know what they did on your vehicle. They will always let you know of anything that may need replaced or repaired.

On time friendly and thorough.

At one time or another over the past twenty years, Jay's has done each one of the repairs I have listed, and probably more. All were done professionally, timely, and for a reasonable price! I take everything to Chris and Karen, and look forward to it!

Chris was very nice they did a awesome job replacing my rotors and a caliper and my brakes will highly recommend to come to Jay’s automotives and get your car fixed nice staff and awesome work. 😃😃
