Quick and thorough service! I called them looking for an oil change for my truck. A lot places make you wait four days or weeks to get the oil changed or anything else on the truck. They were able to get me in right away while I waited. They also did a state inspection for me. They let me know that I will be needing new rear brakes soon. they gave me options and pricing so that I will know what to expect.

Quality of work and time taken to complete work were great. Only downside was that the website's appointment scheduler is either not working or not being used.

Great Family owned business and the people were a joy to talk with and very respectful and professional….now I have some where to continue to take my car and not worry about the thing thank you Jay”s Automotive

Brought car in for an electrical issues and thought it was alternator but was told it was battery. Bought a new battery for 500$! and car broke down down two weeks later with same issue and it actually was alternator. Only giving them a second star because the battery got us home from being stranded in WV. Feel like we were taken advantage since we were traveling.
