I was out of town for work and needed my Jeep fixed, I called Jays and spoke with Karen who was so nice and easy to talk too. They were able to get me in the next day and get my Jeep taken care of! They explained everything they did in great detail but in a way I could understand. I would 10/10 recommend Jays!!

Chris has a very well staffed business, you can trust him to do your repairs and service. Have known him for over 40 years, his father taught him well.

New to the area, Chris and Karen absolutely made me feel welcomed into the community. Although servicing my vehicle was a bit challenging, they remained dedicated and efficient to find the right parts and fix the issues. They will certainly have a repeat customer for as long as I’m in the area.

Replaced a bad alternator. Charged double price for parts. Now my trunks power lift gate doesn't work anymore. Not to mention the mechanic smokes and spreads the smell all throughout our car. We are asthmatic and have to get it professionally desmoked. Would not recommend unless you like getting ripped off.
