I've been using Jay's for car issues for many years. After my only car (daily driver) failed to start last week, Chris went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road in less than 24 hours. He even made time for an unscheduled WV inspection while my car was in the shop. The guys (and Karen) are always friendly, and the work is reasonably priced. 5 star service!

They care of me everytime I use them. They were great with my '08 6.4.

Highly over priced and did not do all services that I requested. I can't say that I'll be going back.

Very professional. Quick in and out for an inspection with an appointment. They even went over exact prices for me for a 120k service.

I had two cars become undriveable in the course of two days. It was late afternoon, almost 5:00 p.m. when the second car issue was uncovered. So Chris and his team went to work quickly to get the parts needed. And they had me running early the next day.
