Ranson Auto Repair

I have been taking my cars to Jay's Automotive for 30 years. They have always been accommodating and thorough in providing maintenance or fixing my cars. They advise me about issues that might be coming in the near future so that I won't have any surprise repairs.

My previous review was not for this repair shop! Please forgive me it was for J&K in Ranson. These place is great! I’ve used them for uhaul services

My recent appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. My Jeep was taken in as scheduled and I was kept updated as the maintenance was being done. During the oil change process, it was discovered that the "O-rings" needed to be changed. As is always the case, they let me know and confirmed that the work should be done. It is always appreciated to be educated about my vehicle; keeps it running smoothly! And it's always nice to catch up with Chris and Karen. Thank you for keeping my 2001 Jeep running in tip top shape:-)

I have been going to Jay's for years now, and prefer it to my regular dealership. They will always take the time to do the job right, and they seem to have earned a loyal, and much deserved, following. Will continue to go there.

My wife and I moved to Charles Town last year and Jay's was recommended to us when my wife's car broke down. Best recommendation so far. The team at Jay's deliver quality work in a timely fashion, and can explain the hows and whys of what they're doing to non-mechanically inclined in simple terms so their clients know they are not being taken advantage of. Great shop. Great team.

Been going here for several years. Love their service. As a single lady who know very little about cars, I trust this shop to do what is needed and at very fair prices. I highly recommend this shop.
