I have been going to Jay's for years now, and prefer it to my regular dealership. They will always take the time to do the job right, and they seem to have earned a loyal, and much deserved, following. Will continue to go there.
My wife and I moved to Charles Town last year and Jay's was recommended to us when my wife's car broke down. Best recommendation so far. The team at Jay's deliver quality work in a timely fashion, and can explain the hows and whys of what they're doing to non-mechanically inclined in simple terms so their clients know they are not being taken advantage of.
