I have used Jay's for years. They have always provided me with great service at fair prices. They have worked on two Mercedes, a Jeep Wrangler and a Subaru Forester that I have owned over the years. I have recommended them to friends and family many times.

Had my car inspected. They did the inspection at the appointment time. The folk there are friendly and helpful. Was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. I was happy with there service

Check engine light ended up being a computer problem. Jay's got me right in ,which was important due to having but one vehicle. They ordered the part and finished the work the next day. They were clear as to cost and disposition of having to order from the Ford company. We were impressed with honesty and as usual, excellent abilities. We would highly recommend this business. I started out with Jay in the 80's. Moved on with Chris and Bruce's towing and when he took over Jay's automotive. I have always been treated well and the work has always been done right. Been with them almost 40 years. Can't say enough good about this business.

Quality service and communication. Always keep you in the loop and they will really work to give you every option available. I've always done basic work and such myself but when you find a good mechanic you can trust for the jobs you can't do, it's great. You really feel like they care about the safety of their clients. Absolutely a customer for life.
