FRAUD!! My wife took our car in for an inspection and they ended up failing it for brakes. Then they quoted her $950 for all brake pads and rotors to be replaced. So she left and brought the car back home. I decided to replace the brakes myself and found all 4 brake pads had just about 1/4” of brake pad left. Nowhere near needing to be replaced. This place is a complete scam. Beware! Update: Got my car inspected elsewhere and had them give me their opinion on my brakes and rotors. Brake pads and rotors were fine and my car passed inspection. Not at all surprised. I can't imagine how many people this has happened to in the 45 years you've been in business.
Mr Cooper: We understand that you have some issues with the outcome of your state inspection. Your state inspection rejection was a result of the condition of the rotors. We did an estimate for a complete brake job, including the pads, as this is how we recommend this repair be done. We apologize if the information was not relayed to your wife correctly. We invite you to contact the owner at your convenience to discuss this matter further, as we do not want you or your wife to feel that any type of fraud was being attempted. We have been in business over 45 years. Our policy with state inspections or any type of service we perform is to insure the safest operating condition of your vehicle for the safety of you and your family. Thank you.
