As always, my service appointment started on time, work was done efficiently and the cost was exactly as estimated. Just as important, Jay's staff is professional and friendly. Great experience.
The prices are reasonable and the work excellent. The people running the place are nice and I always feel at home while awaiting my car to be serviced. Appointments at Jay's Automotive are easy to make and are often available the same day. There is an online way to make an appointment and appointments can be made over the phone. Chris and Karen and family run awesome auto repair business. I highly recommend Jay's Automotive.

They take great care of me at Jays. This is a friendly place, they help guide you through some of the quirky processes here in West Virginia. It is such a friendly place that I could see them have a coffee talk show right there on sight. I really feel like I can trust them.
I am also so appreciative of the care and attention given to my Jeep when I take it in for any servicing. It is thoroughly inspected and I am advised when work must be done versus that which can wait just a little bit. I've never been disappointed with Jay's service and grateful they are here to take care of my automotive needs:-)
