They take great care of me at Jays. This is a friendly place, they help guide you through some of the quirky processes here in West Virginia. It is such a friendly place that I could see them have a coffee talk show right there on sight. I really feel like I can trust them.
I am also so appreciative of the care and attention given to my Jeep when I take it in for any servicing. It is thoroughly inspected and I am advised when work must be done versus that which can wait just a little bit. I've never been disappointed with Jay's service and grateful they are here to take care of my automotive needs:-)

Inspection, two vehicles: Handled very smoothly. The thing that needed to be done was done conservatively. The more expensive alternative was mentioned, but not pressed. I've always found Jay's a very reliable shop, going back 30 + years.
