I had an inspection done, failed for tie-rods, got them replaced by a friend, brought the truck back in for an inspection, they failed it again for my windshield wipers, which were functional, but only on high, which according to the WV State inspection sign hanging in the office, should not fail it. Bottom line, felt like and extortion, will not use Jay's again.
