The staff at Jays finished repairing my car before promised, which was still a couple days before any other local shop.

In and out in about 15 minutes, quick friendly service. I will go back!

Greatly appreciate the outstanding service and friendly staff. Without fail Jay's gets me in based on my schedule and takes care of my needs.

My husband has been taking our cars here since we moved to Charles Town in 2013 and in the past month we have taken all three cars in for miscellaneous work. They are honest and don't try and push repairs on us if they are not absolutely necessary. They are also very flexible with our busy schedule. We will continue our car maintenance and repairs at Jay's.

They were not clear on answers. It was a quick service. But not totally effective.
