The staff at Jay's Automotive were prompt and courteous. I had an appointment and they took my car into the bay right on time and had me out again in no time at all. Jay's Automotive valued my time. I have found my go-to mechanic.

I started using Jay's Automotive for car maintenance about a year ago. It has always been a pleasant experience. They are very accommodating, reasonably priced and know their "stuff". And even though I really don't know much about cars, they always treat me with respect.

My family has been going to Jay's Automotive since we moved to the area 9 years ago. I'm a gear-head and have done a bit of racing in my past, so I'm no stranger to automobiles and their workings, but age and time mandate I outsource mechanical repairs, at least the hard stuff :). I went to a few different shops before finding Jay's and was underwhelmed to say the least. Chris and Mike at Jay's have always been aboveboard and extremely easy to work with. As stated, I'm a gear-head and demand excellence with attention to detail, Jay's automotive has always been able to deliver my vehicles back to me in the condition I require.
