Work that was performed was as quoted. They are always professional but to the point when dealing with them. You know what is going on and what is expected to fix it.

Many dealerships tend to be a hit-or-miss proposition - where pushing through cars as fast as possible seems to be the goal. Jay's has developed a loyal following, and for good reason. These guys listen to your needs, and they know cars. Will be going back.

Excellent service! Staff is very friendly and efficient; I am usually in and out quickly. They also never try and "up-sell" me on extra products and services I do not need nor have requested. I think honesty in the car service/repair industry is hard to find but I truly trust Jay's Automotive to give me the right advice for my car not their bottomline. Great Job!
